嘩！quick scan呢份法案，百幾頁所以未完完全全咁去閱讀哂 頁頁都有好值得去分析，好難一口氣講哂 我盡力去為大家分析幾點係值得特別留意 第一，我真心覺得加拿大政府真係有注意到離異群組嘅feedback 大多數嘅政策都喺ACHK以前岀報告建議大相同 唔係吹水，真心有同我哋以前寫嘅recommendations大相同 最緊要大家都想知嘅應該係外國代理人登記處 最簡單嚟講，外國政府或其他人或組織必要去foreign interference commissioner進行登記 如果外國代理人冇咁做，commissioner 有權利選擇 enforcement  雖然呢個可能係大家最注重嘅一點，登記處絕對唔係唯一嘅解決外國干預嘅方法 最緊要其實係要改變現有刑法 因為而家嘅刑事法律係冇好完整define “foreign interference” 改善現有法律可以更加容易保障到加拿大人嘅安全，警察法制以前冇法律效力可以去prosecute 現有法律係唔容許CSIS俾情報俾警察，姐係就算CSIS知道某啲不合法嘅事發生，有好多限制令到CSIS俾唔到資料岀去 而家法案C-
